David Eldon Brown

David Eldon Brown of Mountainburg, Arkansas, died Monday, September 14, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on April 28, 1964, in Fort Worth, Texas, to the late Thomas Brown and Merrilyn (Brown) Brown. He was 62 years old.

For several years, David worked in construction.

He is survived by a daughter, Megan Cryan and husband Steve; a son, Gary Brown and wife Melody; three sisters, Patricia Rakoczy, Julia Sidebottom and Sallie Klingenberg; four brothers, T.C. Brown, Thomas W. Brown and wife April, George Brown and wife Sandy, and Richard Brown and wife Celeste; and four grandchildren, Kaleb Cryan, Lucas Cryan, Myia Cryan, and Noah Brown.
