David Lee Adkins of Poteau, Oklahoma, died Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on January 29, 1959, in Bakersfield, California, to the late Henry Lee Lester Adkins and Lucille (Gregory) Adkins. He was 65 years old.

He is survived by his nephew, Daniel Miranda of Deer Park, Washington; and his closest friend, Peter LaFontaine of Poteau, Oklahoma.
