Obituary
Dave Benjamin Moore resided at Charleston, Arkansas, departed this life on Friday, August 8, 2008 in Fort Smith. He was born September 8, 1923 in Monroe, Oklahoma to the late George Washington Moore and Fleeta Harber Moore. He was 84 years old. He was a Army veteran of WWII, deacon and a member of the Hosanna Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 11, 2008 at the Hosanna Free Will Baptist Church with burial at Hosanna Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Moore, of the home; four sons, Evangelist David Harold Moore, Melvin Edward Moore, Rev. Randy Moore, and Tony Leon Moore, all of Charleston; one half-sister, Georgetta Newby of Poteau, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Justin Moore, T.J. Moore, Dalton Brown, Kenny Dorsey, John Phillips Jr., and Ralphie Rogers.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
