Danny Dean Patterson of Van Buren, Arkansas, formerly of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, died Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at his home. He was born on January 1, 1952, in Wichita, Kansas, to Ronald Patterson and Mary Jo (Smith) Patterson. He was 71 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Patterson; and a brother, Bobby Patterson.

Danny worked in sales for Rob Sight Ford in Kansas City, Missouri.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Judy Ann (Jones) Patterson; three sons, Matthew Patterson and wife Mindi of Independence, Missouri, Corey McLaughlin of Sedalia, Missouri, and Ryan McLaughlin of Lawrence, Kansas; his mother and step-father, Mary Jo and Richard Bradford of Van Buren; a sister, Kay Mercer of Topeka, Kansas; his half brother, Kelly Bradford; several grandchildren; a nephew, Michael Mercer of Topeka, Kansas; a niece, Kelley Ryan; and a great-niece, Carley Stang.
