Obituary
Daniel James "Danny" Arment, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2016, at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born December 10, 1946, in French Camp, California to the late Leon J. Arment and Anna Mae (Sample) Arment. He was 70 years old.
Danny was a U.S. Navy Seaman 1st Class and was a Vietnam War veteran. He was an EAC Operator for the United States of America Department of Defense. He worked on the Apollo 13, and he continued to work for the government until he retired due to health reasons. He received numerous awards for his service while serving in the U.S. Navy and working for the U.S. Department of Defense.
