Joe Curtis Law of Charleston, Arkansas, died Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on May 14, 1960, in Carlsbad, New Mexico, to the late Joe T. Law and Barbara Ann (Gaulasha) Law. He was 64 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 33 years, Carolyn Sue (Roberds) Law; and a step-son, Willis "Ski" Reed.

Curt went to Charleston High School but received his GED while serving in the U.S. Army. For several years, he worked in maintenance for Greenhurst Nursing Center in Charleston and finished his employment at H&S Plastic in Lavaca. Curt enjoyed collecting different things, going to pawn shops, and working and tinkering on cars. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by a step-son, Chris Reed of Charleston; two sisters, Debbie Harrison of Amarillo, Texas, and Sharon Rusk of Centralia, Illinois; a brother, Terry Law and wife Patty of Charleston; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
