Connie Lee Woods of Charleston, Arkansas, died Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on October 10, 1951, in Marked Tree, Arkansas, to the late Lewis Marple and Delberta Nadine (Johnson) Marple. She was 71 years old.

Connie was a retired hair stylist.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Marlon Woods; a daughter, Linda Cabral and husband John of Lemoore, California; a son, David Woods and wife Alice of Texas; a sister, Nelda Madden of Lavaca; and (13) grandchildren.

Cremation services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
