Clay Scott Neighbors of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at his home. He was born on January 17, 1964, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, to Charles Burke Neighbors and Lou (Ward) Neighbors. He was 60 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Neighbors.

He is survived by his children, Gage Neighbors and wife Alyson of Benton, Arkansas, Luke Neighbors of Bald Knob, Arkansas, and Lindsey Franklin and husband John; his mother, Lou Neighbors of Conway, Arkansas; a brother, Wade Neighbors; and his grandchildren, Lorelei, Valentina, Mason and Kendyl.
