Cindy Gay Rankin of Hackett, Arkansas, passed away Friday, January 24, 2025, at her home. She was born on September 24, 1961, in Ozark, Arkansas, to the late Earl Ray White and Virginia Louise (Price) White. She was 63 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ricky Rankin; and an infant brother, Kevin White.

Cindy was a homemaker and member of Hackett United Methodist Church. She loved her family very much and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 29th at Hackett United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Trent Null officiating. Cremation will follow after the service. All services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by a daughter, Chandra Pennington and husband Dalton of Farmington; a son, Trey Nelson and wife Amanda of Van Buren; two sisters, Debbie Buehrer and husband Mike and Pam Carter and husband Rickey Boles, all of Hackett; five grandchildren, Razner Hunter, Weston Palmer, Harlyn Nelson, Jaxon Palmer, and Gracen Pennington.

Pallbearers are Trey Nelson, Dalton Pennington, Dustin Baugh, Skyler Schalski, Laine Harper, and Bryan Schalski.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
