Cheryl Lynn Flynn, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born on July 28, 1977, in Mena, Arkansas, to Leroy Clinton Bass and Mary Ellen (Meredith) Bass. She was 44 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Clinton Bass.

Cheryl was a homemaker, a loving wife, a mother of six and foster mother to many. She was a Christian and attended First Free Will Baptist Church in Charleston.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 30th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Rev. Jeff Holland officiating. Burial will follow at Hampton Cemetery, located north of Branch, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her husband, Kenley Flynn; five sons, Jacob, Isaiah, Kyler, Jayse and Brycen Flynn; a daughter, Emily Flynn, all of the home; her mother, Mary Bass of Waldron; two brothers, Marcus Bass of Zafra, Oklahoma, and Stephen Bass of Waldron; a sister, Rosanna Dick of Waldron; and paternal grandmother, Eula Bass of Boles.

Pallbearers will be Jaylin Brumbelow, Greg Brumbelow, Aaron Meredith, Benji Bass, Quentin Meredith, and Isaac Bass.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
