Cherie Lynn Heinmiller, who resided in Lavaca, passed away June 21, 2019, at Mercy Hospital, Fort Smith. She was born February 3, 1950, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to the late Shellie Green, Jr. and Lorene Herring Green. She was 69 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, David John Heinmiller.

Cherie retired from O.I. Analytical Corporation in College Station, Texas.

She is survived by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Helen and Gary Parks of Melcher, Iowa, Melinda and Bobby Irby of Lavaca, and Teresa and Chris Wilson of Singleton, Texas.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
