Charles Edward Herring, who resided in Fort Smith, died October 7, 2019, in Fort Smith. He was born June 19, 1944, in Pensacola, Florida, to the late James Leo Herring and Litta Mae Thomas Herring. He was 75 years old.
He is survived by his best friend, Laura Foster of Fort Smith.
