Charles Carter, who resided in Muldrow, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, April 22, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on December 19, 1979, in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late Larry Edward Carter and Beverly Ann Juckett. He was 42 years old. He was preceded in death by his father.

He was a college graduate.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Ann Juckett and a brother, Brock Carter both of Muldrow.
