Carolyn Sue Smith, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born October 14, 1942, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Karl G. Glendening and Gypsy R. (Ward) Glendening. She was 78 years old.

Carolyn was a retired medical technician.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Holman and husband Karl of Fort Smith and a granddaughter, Sarah Holman.
