Carol Dannette Varnell resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and departed this life on Saturday, June 7, 2008, in Fort Smith. She was born August 20, 1975, in Booneville, Arkansas, to Danny Pete Varnell and Deborah Ann "Cook" Varnell. She was 32 years old. Carol was a homemaker and a Christian. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Eldon Thomas.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2008, at the Crestview Baptist Church near Midway, with burial at Hickory Grove Cemetery in the St. Louis Valley near Midway, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
She is survived by her companion and the father of her children, Roberto Aguilera, of the home; one daughter, Andraea Aguilera, of the home; one son, Adrian Aguilera, of the home; her father, Danny Varnell & wife Kay of Midway; her mother, Debbie Walker & husband Joe of Paris; three sisters, Kristy Sutphin of Charleston, Kendra Walker of Paris and Sydney Varnell of Midway; six step-brothers, Harley Carpenter Jr. of Pine Bluff, Richard Carpenter of Clarksville, Justin Carpenter of Clarksville, Virgil Varnell of Midway and Dylan and Stacey Walker of Paris.
Pallbearers will be Tommy, Mark, Roy, and Herman Varnell, Joe Walker, Hank and Laten Sutphin and Jason Cook. Honorary pallbearers will be Virgil and Kyler Varnell and Matthew Kaman.
Family visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night at the funeral home in Paris.
