Obituary

Carl Lee White, who resided in Roland, Oklahoma, died Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Sequoyah East Nursing Center in Roland. He was born on May 14, 1941, in Cecil, Arkansas, to the late William McKinley White and Marjorie Exine (Volentine) White. He was 84 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol (Stockton) White; and a brother, Dempsey White.

Carl was a 1958 graduate of County Line High School. He served in the U.S. National Guard, and retired from Columbian Steel Tank Company, known today as CST, in Kansas City, Missouri.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 30th at Cecil Cemetery, with Bro. Thomas Leonard officiating. Services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by a daughter, Carla White of Huntsville, Alabama; two sons, Wesley White and wife Karen of Muldrow, Oklahoma, and James White and wife Bridgett of Van Buren; three sisters, Ethelda Reichert of Roland, Kaye Henderson of Ozark, and Gwen Franklin and husband Mike of Ozark; a brother, William White and wife Trudy of Caulksville; (13) grandchildren; and (29) great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family members.
