Carl Aaron Warfield, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Sunday, May 22, 2022, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born on August 19, 1960, in Houston, Texas, to the late Iota Warfield, Jr. and Johnie Mae Jones. He was 61 years old.

Carl graduated from Evan E. Worthing High School in Houston in 1979. He loved working with his hands and became a certified welder. CB radios were a hobby that developed into his passion of HAM radio operator. He has talked to others all over the globe and helped during natural disasters. His big heart and loyal love will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his significant other of 21 years, Rhonda Fleming; two sisters, Faye E. Jones Johnson and Eunice O. Warfield, both of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Raymond M. Jones of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and James W. Warfield and wife Carol of Olympia, Washington; one niece, D'Artangan Nicole Dantes of Dallas, Texas; two nephews, Jonathan Warfield and wife Amanda of Chicago, Illinois, and Anthony Warfield of Boston, Massachusetts; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
