Carl David Bright, who resided near Van Buren, Arkansas, died Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on October 19, 1959, in Fort Smith to the late S.M. Bright and Laverna Sue (Medlock) Bright. He was 63 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Orbery, Billy and Gary Bright.

Carl worked in construction and factory work.

He is survived by a daughter, Brittany Bright of Fort Smith.
