Candance-Susan Hazel Osako, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at her home. She was born on March 18, 1965, in Norfolk, Virginia, to Lewis C. Sproul and Reba Jane (Spearry) Sproul. She was 56 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis C. Sproul.

Candy is survived by her husband of 22 years, Christopher Osako; two sons, Christopher Sproul and wife April and Jon Sproul and wife Brittani, all of Rogers, Arkansas; a daughter, Kimberly Osako of Sacramento, California; her mother, Jane Beatty of New Braunfels, Texas; two sisters, Chancy Sproul of New Braunfels, Texas, and Jenni Zigler of Florida; ten grandchildren.
