Buddy Eugene Manning, who resided in Lavaca, Arkansas, died Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born February 12, 1954, in Chester, Pennsylvania, to the late Elmer Manning and Norma Jean (Wallace) Manning. He was 67 years old.

Buddy was a retired painter and carpenter.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Leona (Butler) Manning; two brothers, Doug Manning of Delaware and David Manning of Pennsylvania; a sister, Shirley Stewart of Delaware; five grandchildren.
