Obituary
Brenda Joyce Smith, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015 in her home. She was born December 31, 1953 in Topeka, Kansas to J. Rembert Phillips and the late Dorothy Jean Turnipseed. She was 61 years old.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Cremation under the direction of Brotherton Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
She is survived by one daughter, Alexis Ruston of Charleston; one son, Carl Joe Posey, Jr. of Alma, Arkansas; her father and step mother, Phil and Peg Phillips; three sisters, Pam Kraker of Charleston, Camela Gregg and Stephanie Mixon both of Petal, Mississippi; one brother, Greg Phillips of Fairview, TN and three grandchildren.
