Obituary

Bobby K. Klein, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2011 at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith. He was born December 18, 1934 in Paris to the late Frederick Raymond Klein and Marie (Schoen) Klein. He was 76 years old.

Bob was retired from Whirlpool Corporation in Fort Smith. He was an Army veteran, member of the Knights of Columbus and the Catholic Knights, member of the NRA, and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston.

Rosary service will be 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 14th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston, with Father Patrick Watikha, A.J. officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

He is survived by his wife, Genevieve (Bayer) Klein of the home; four daughters, Catherine Smith and husband Joe of Charleston, Dorothy Hunter and husband Tommy of Lavaca, Barbara Chapin and husband Marvin of Fort Smith, and Janet Kanady and husband Marlan of Dover; one sister, Carol Jetton of Charleston; seven grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Josh and Jared Kanady, John and Jody Jetton, Matthew Smith, and Robert Allen Klein.

Family will visit with friends following the Rosary service Sunday night at the funeral home.
