Obituary
Bobby "Bob" Galen Core, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born July 10, 1933 in Paris, Arkansas to the late Hugh Core and Maude (Wehunt) Core. He was 78 years old.
Bob was also preceded in death by one son, Ron Core (wife Cindy) of Charleston and brothers, Marvin and Jewell Core.
Bob was a retired machinist and an Army veteran. Bob loved and played country music and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding 4-wheelers.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
A family memorial is planned for a later date.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dottie; one daughter, Paula Miller and husband Alan of Meridian, Idaho; one son, Russell Core of Paris; one sister, Norma Rohr of Mississippi; one brother, Larry Core of Nevada; five grandchildren.
