Bobby Frank Bornmann, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born February 15, 1930, in Franklin County near Etna, Arkansas, to the late Carl Martin Bornmann and Bess Austin Bornmann. He was 91 years old. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Geneva O'Bar Bornmann; and infant twins, Ronald and Donald.
Bob was a retired Inventory Control Manager for Cloyes Gear Company in Paris for 30 plus years. He was an U.S. Army Korean War veteran, and he was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Paris.
A graveside service, with military honors, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 10th, at Caulksville Cemetery in Caulksville, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris. Officiating the service will be Rev. Clyde Vire.
He is survived by a son, David Bornmann and wife Rhonda of Paris; a daughter, Lynn Bornmann Fischer and husband Alex of Palm City, Florida; a sister, Mary Jane O'Bar of Ozark, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Heather Conte and husband Giancarlo, Alicia Blackard and Ryan Bornmann and wife Brittany; five great-grandchildren, Viviana Conte, Zoey Bornmann, Emma Bornmann, Rylan Bornmann, and Kobie Bornmann.
Public viewing will be from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9th, at the funeral home.
