Robert Allen Bell, who resided near Sallisaw, Oklahoma, died Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born on February 26, 1962, in San Francisco, California, to the late Robert Leon Bell and Jeanette Floria (Skinner) Bell. He was 63 years old.

Bob was an avid fisherman. He loved his family very much and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Patricia (VanDerziel) Bell; three step-daughters, Ashley McCullah and husband John Jones, Jessica McCullah and Catherine Perano; two brothers, Louis Fisher and wife Brittney and Donald Wann; and six grandchildren.
