Billy Frank Wigley, who resided in Lavaca, died Tuesday, October 15, 2019, in Roland, Oklahoma. He was born August 9, 1946, in Charleston, to the late Francis Henry Wigley and Bertha Mae (Lovell) Wigley. He was 73 years old. He was preceded in death also by a sister, Frances Owens.

Billy retired from Woodco Furniture in Van Buren and was a member of River Valley Community Church in Fort Smith.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21st, at River Valley Community Church; 7030 Taylor Ave. Fort Smith, Arkansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor Adam Kareus. Burial of cremains will be at Lavaca City Cemetery in Lavaca at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by his daughter, Donna McDonald of Charleston; a brother, Johnny Wigley of Branch; and two grandchildren, Daniel McDonald and Shawna McDonald, both of Charleston.
