Obituary
Billy W. Smith resided in Lamar, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2009, at the Countryside Manor Nursing Home in Lamar. He was born July 26, 1957 in Fayetteville to the late Floyd C. Smith and Edith R. McCormack Smith.
He was 51 years old.
He was a custodian for the Ozark Guidance Center and was a member of the Church of Christ.
The body will be cremated under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
A private family memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2009, at Pinnacle Mountain, near Elkins, Arkansas.
He is survived by five sisters, Carol Stovall of Paris, Vera Wood of Hot Springs, Betty Shick of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Peggy Karr of Cocoa Beach, Florida and Karen Reid of Fayetteville.
He was 51 years old.
