Billy Lloyd Richmond of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born on July 24, 1964, in Farmington, New Mexico, to Billy Wayne Richmond and Barbara Ann (Repass) Richmond. He was 57 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Bill Richmond; a sister, Sue Beller; and a niece, Skye English.

Billy was a graduate of Lavaca High School. He was a HVAC technician and also worked in concrete construction.

A family memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12th at Calvary Assembly of God Church in Fort Smith, 1700 Jackson Street Fort Smith, AR  72901. Everyone is invited to attend.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Richmond of Huntington; two sisters, Jo Ann Roberds and husband Larry of Aztec, New Mexico and Kay Richmond of Fort Smith; two brothers, Robert Richmond of Huntington and John Richmond and wife Terra of Howe, Oklahoma.
