Billy Lee Perkins of Paris, Arkansas, formerly of Clarksville, died Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Paris Health & Rehab Center in Paris. He was born on August 25, 1935, in Ozark, Arkansas, to the late Oscar Perkins and Ruth Ann (Harris) Perkins. He was 87 years old.

For many years, Billy sold insurance and was an ordained Baptist minister.

He is survived by a son, William Perkins of Clarksville and three grandchildren, Jayden Perkins, Amy Lynn Gossett and Rosalee Perkins.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
