Obituary
Service will be be 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 14, 2008 at The Cecil Methodist Church. Burial will be at Cecil Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 Sunday night at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
PallBearers will be Don Sosebee, Paul Franklin, Dempsey White, Ronnie Askins, Larry Watts and Larry Lux
Honorary pall bearers will be Don Armstrong, Michael Ritchie, Dr. Randall Oates, J.C. Moore and the Andrews and Lowrey Rodeo Hands.
The Rev. Vern Wilson will officiate the service.
Billy Hall was preceded in death by his late wife of 54 years, Jackie Andrews and one son G.L. Andrews.
He is survived by his wife, Dennie Halmes Andrews of the home.
He is also survived by Three daughters; Donna Lowrey, Lynda Molton and husband Bill; and Sandy Blevins and her husband Tommy, all of Cecil, Arkansas.
One sister; Latane Powell and husband Norman of Ozark.
