Billie Sue Vest of Cecil, Arkansas, died Sunday, July 3, 2022, at Paris Health & Rehab Center in Paris, Arkansas. She was born on December 22, 1937, in Mill Creek Community near Cecil to the late Robert Bethel "Bob" White and Asalea Kanady White. She was 84 years old. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Layman Eubanks and R.J. Vest; two sisters, Bobbie Lee White and Joan Hall; and three brothers, Doyle White, Darrell White, and Charles White.

Billie was a housewife and graduate of Lavaca High School.

A graveside service will by held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 7th at Eubanks Cemetery near Cecil, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston. Officiating the service will be Bro. Carroll Squires and Bro. Kevin Tucker.

She is survived by two sisters, Janie Hall of Ozark and Imogene Waldron of Branch; four brothers, Albert White and wife Joyce of Lavaca, Larry White and wife Jeannie of Lavaca, Clyde White of Fort Smith, and Paul White and wife Polly of Cecil; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Bobby White, Tony White, Chris White, Allen Hall, Travis Squires, and Kenton Hurt.

Honorary pallbearers will be all of her nieces.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
