Billie June Price resided in Branch, Arkansas, departed this life and went home to be with her Lord, Monday, December 7, 2009 in Paris after a brief illness. She was born June 1, 1925 in the Potts Community near Charleston to the late Lee Roy Moffett and Louisa (Marvel) Moffett. She was 84 years old.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray Price; two sisters, Lucille Wilson and Ruth McCartney; grandson, Michael Shane Price; son-in-law, James Cooper and daughter-in-law, Jean Price.

She was employed by the Norge Corporation in Fort Smith and McLaurin's Flower Shop in Charleston, was a 1943 graduate of Branch High School and was a member of the Mt. Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She had spent the last 2 1/2 years of her life at Valley View Lodge in Paris.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 9th, at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Michael Bright and the Rev. Larry Huffman officiating. Burial will be at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Cooper of Charleston; three sons, Ronnie Price & wife Gina, of Paris, David Price & wife Judy, of Branch and Dennis Price & wife Susie, of Branch; two sisters, Lila Fiser of Pocola, Oklahoma and Katherine Copeland of Greenway, Arkansas; (11) grandchildren and (14) great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jesse & Steve McLaurin, Greg Wilson, Jim McCartney, Gary Stubblefield, and Mike Heffley.

Honorary Pallbearers will be her grandson's, Mark Cooper, Marty, Kris, Justin, Cody, and Shawn Price; Also serving are Elmo Price and Olen Price, Jarrod Essman, and the Valley View Lodge Family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mt. Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
