Billie Jo Frazier of Pocola, Oklahoma, died Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at her home. She was born on November 5, 1954, in Wichita, Kansas, to the late William Franklin Martin, Sr. and Helen Louise Hollars Martin. She was 68 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 30 years, Benny Joe Frazier; a brother, William Martin, Jr.; and a sister, Deborah Martin.

Billie was a homemaker.

A memorial service will by held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 1st at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Chaplain Gus Calvo officiating. Cremation and services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by two daughters, Cara Warren and husband Kevin of Pocola and Natalie Sinclair of Van Buren; a son, Richard McReynolds of California; two sisters, Flora Henderson and Barbara Martin, both of Flagstaff, Arizona; a brother, David Martin of Phoenix, Arizona; (8) grandchildren; and (4) great-grandchildren.
