William Lambert "Bill" Smith, Jr., also known as "Wild Bill", resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born May 15, 1968, in Council Bluffs, Iowa to the late William Lambert Smith, Sr. and Bonnie Jean (Price) Smith. He was 49 years old.
Bill was a heavy equipment operator, and he formerly worked in the oilfields. Bill was a Christian.
A family held memorial celebration will take place at the Charleston Community Center in Charleston, Tuesday, July 11th, at 12:00 p.m.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Rhonda (Boyd) Smith; a daughter, Kaitlan Chapman of Charleston; a son, Forrest Smith of Charleston; two sisters, Robyn Ratekin of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Kelli Smith of Omaha, Nebraska; his two special dogs, Fugly and Joker.
