William John "Bill" Koch, who resided in Caulksville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 in Paris. He was born April 5, 1954 in Paris, Arkansas to the late Edward John Koch and Stella Marie (Schmitz) Koch. He was 58 years old.
Bill was a farmer. He was an avid horseman, member of the Quarter Horse Association and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paris.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 28th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with the Rev. Bill Van Meter officiating. Burial will be at Caulksville Cemetery in Caulksville, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; two step-sons, Jack Hewett and wife Amanda of Caulksville and Todd Hewett and wife Jackie of Lavaca; four sisters, Margie Benson of Paris, Janie Kleager of Subiaco, Carolyn Zimmer of Dardanelle, and Barbara Forst of Paris; two brothers, Charlie Koch of Paris and Ronnie Koch of Caulksville; two step-grandchildren, Stella Grace Hewett and Ashton Stuart Hewett.
Pallbearers will be Tim Moffet, Gary Riley, Bud Turk, Larry Lux, Jonathan Chambers, Monroe Moody, Charlie Smith, and Gary Patton.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dan Ray Core, Jimmy Reed, and Bud Martin.
Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night at the funeral home in Paris.
