Betty Carole Ralls, who resided in Wister, Oklahoma, died Friday, September 23, 2022, at her home. She was born on May 13, 1946, in Ventura, California, to the late Floyd E. Rice and Edith Faye (Lloyd) Rice. She was 76 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Ralls; a brother, Floyd "Bud" Rice, Jr., a sister, Donna K. Tolbert; a grandson, Michael Don Rice, Sr.; and a great-grandson, Matthew Alan Rice.

Betty was a Christian and loved to go fishing.

She is survived by two sons, Joe Rice and wife Jessica of Wister and Charley Ralls and wife Rhonda of McCurtain, Oklahoma; a sister, Lynda Beasley of Poteau, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jamie Rice, Shandee Rice, Dustin Rice, Jocie Rice, and Michaela Canada and husband Dallas; her great-grandchildren, Gavin Rice, Dallas Rice, Jaxei Rice, Luke Taylor, Zaylei Rice, Blessed Rice, Michael Don Rice, Jr., Serenity Rice, Lexi Ginn, Trey Kight, Kerri Mills, Matt Mills, Dustin Ray Rice, Jr., Michael Rice, and Scarlett Rice; one great-great-granddaughter, Addie Taylor.
