Bertie Mae Dobson of Charleston, Arkansas, died Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Ashton Place Manor in Barling, Arkansas. She was born on May 3, 1934, in Keota, Oklahoma, to the late John Fuller and Vestie (Long) Fuller. She was 89 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters; and four brothers.

For several years, Bertie was a caregiver.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 18th at Cemetery Ridge Cemetery, located south of Ozark, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston. Officiating the service will be Pastor Ben Lairamore.

She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Pippin and husband Todd of Charleston; two grandsons, Eric Pippin and wife Diane of Greenwood and Kyle Pippin and wife Breana of Dardanelle; four great-granddaughters, Jordyn Pippin, Bentley Pippin, Angel Pippin, and Ensley Pippin; and one step-great-grandson, Brayden Sanders.

The family will visit with friends on Sunday, December 17th from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.at the funeral home.
