Obituary

Benjamin Travis Moore, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at his home. He was born on July 17, 1984, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was 37 years old. He was preceded in death by a half-brother, Bryan Crawford.

Ben was a CNA at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. He was a graduate of Northside High School in Fort Smith and played the trumpet in the Northside High School Marching Band.

He is survived by his daughter, Zuri Fujibayashi of Greenwood; his father, Travis Moore and wife Lisa of Fort Smith; his mother, Glenna Moore of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two half-sisters, Susan Michaels of Benbrook, Texas, and Tammy Spurrier of Bixby, Oklahoma; a half-brother, Chris Crawford of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and brother, Hunter Horne of Fort Smith; the mother of his daughter, Meghan Fujibayashi of Greenwood; one aunt, Debbie Payne of Greenwood; two nieces, two nephews, and many cousins.
