Beatrice Ruth Kiser resided at Barling, Arkansas, departed this life on Friday, October 17, 2008, in her home.She was born August 5, 1948 in Elmira, New York to the late Elwin Peters and Carolyn Dapp Peters. She was 60 years old. She was a cashier for Yeagers Hardware Store in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The body was cremated and no service is scheduled at this time.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Ken Kiser, of the home; two daughters, Cheryl Payette of Richmond, Virginia and Wendy Baxter of Barling, Arkansas; one son, Stephen Kiser of Richmond, Virginia; two sisters, Carol Peters and Illise Peters; five brothers, Richard, Larry Bobby, Aaron, and Paul Peters and five grandchildren.
