Barbara Ann McHugh, who resided near Booneville, Arkansas, died Tuesday, July 2, 2024, near Greenwood, Arkansas. She was born on January 25, 1953, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Jerome McHugh. She was 71 years old.
Barbara was a retired ranch hand.
She is survived by her husband, Dean Kennedy.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
