Arnold Marvin (Devon) Oxford, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born on April 15, 1949, in Wareham, Massachusetts to the late Arnold Oxford and Mildred (Daniel) Oxford. He was 73 years old.
He is survived by his daughter, Rain Oxford of Fort Smith.
