Obituary

Annetta Faye (Wages) Treat, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born October 1, 1935 to the late Charles Thomas Wages and Ama (Cowan) Wages in Oark, Arkansas. She was 79 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Treat.

Annetta was a homemaker and member of Lighthouse of the World Tabernacle.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Burial will be at 12:00 p.m. at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Homes and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by two sons, Charles Treat and wife Diane of North Bend, Nebraska and Rodger Treat and wife Kathy of David City, Nebraska; one daughter, Trieste J. Stringer and partner Bill Porritt of Perry, Georgia; four brothers, J. R. Wages of Alpharetta, Georgia, Joe Wages of Springdale, Arkansas, John Paul Wages of Center Ridge, Arkansas, and Cliff Wages of Bella Vista, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Austin Treat, Shae Stringer, Jared Treat, Boston Treat, Natalie Treat and Bobbie Renee Stringer; and three great-grandchildren, Jaden Smith, Lexi Treat and Beckett Zurcher.

Pallbearers will be Austin Treat, Jared Treat, Don Wages, Tim Wages, Joe Wages, Boston Treat.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Terry Taul, Donny Taul and Duncan Dozier.

Family visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
