Angela Marie Jones of Mountainburg, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at her home in Mountainburg with her family by her side at the age of 51. Angie was born in Mena, Arkansas, on July 31, 1974. She leaves behind her husband, Joey Jones of the home; one son, Devin Smith of Hartford; two step-daughters, Victoria Jones of Mountainburg and Christina Jones of Alaska; two sisters-in-law, Hazel Fullbright and Jessica Jones Swilling; two brothers-in-law, Andy Jones and Jeff Jones; her parents, Harold and Ann Scott of Huntington, Arkansas; two brothers, Terry Scott and wife Shalom of Charleston and Eddie Womack of Wiggins, Mississippi; one sister, Alanna Elmore and husband Jerry of Greenwood; four nephews, Garett Scott and wife Tiffany of Charleston,, Daymon Scott and wife Mylee of Charleston, Hunter Elmore and wife Jill of Conway, and Brendan Elmore of Greenwood; and a host of other family and friends.

Angie was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Angie Womack, and two nieces, Ashley and Courtney Womack.

Angie was a very special person, full of life and energy. She had a mischievous side and loved pulling pranks on others, sometimes getting herself into jams. She always stood up for those she cared about.

She graduated high school from Waldron and went on to attend beauty college in Hot Springs. She worked at several different jobs during her life and called many places home through the years. Wherever she was, she always found friends and continuously kept things lively.

Angie was an avid scrapbooker-crafter and consistently managed to have a craft room wherever she lived. She was always creating and designing in her favorite place. Crafting was her life and she took great pride in her creations, often displaying them on her YouTube channel: Angie’s Creative Studio. Many of her friends and family have received special “Angie’s Creations” as a gift. She crafted gifts for several of the exceptional doctors and nurses who took care of Angie during her illness. She loved her Maltese fur babies like her own children. There were her close companions throughout her life. Angie will be sorely missed by her family and friends and all who knew her.

Pallbearers will be Garett Scott, Daymon Scott, Hunter Elmore, Jerry Elmore, Jerry Rainwater, and Jared Yarberry.

The family will visit with friends at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22nd at Life Church in Charleston, followed by the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. at Life Church, with Pastor Terry Scott officiating. Interment will follow at Cross Cemetery in Greenwood, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
