Andrew Calvin Hobbs, who resided in Lavaca, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at his home. He was born August 26, 1999, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Chris Alan Hobbs and Karen Christine Parnell Hobbs. He was 21 years old.

Andrew's hobbies were playing on the computer and sharpening knives. He was a member of River Valley Community Church in Fort Smith.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 15th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Pastor Adam Kareus officiating. Cremation and services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by his mom and dad, Karen and Chris Hobbs of Lavaca; a brother, Gabriel Hobbs of the home; his maternal grandparents, Leeann McGahey and husband Bill of Fort Smith and Calvin Parnell of Paragould, Arkansas; his paternal grandfather, Joe Hobbs of Lavaca; his paternal great-grandmother, Emma Jean Hobbs of Lavaca; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family.
