Amber Rae Lovelace-Thompson of Ratcliff, Arkansas, died Sunday, August 28, 2022, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on November 14, 1979, in Fort Smith to Jessie Ray Lovelace and Mary Jane (Wanzor) Lovelace. She was 42 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Ray Lovelace.

Amber was a 1998 graduate of County Line High School. She had a Master's Degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas in Fort Smith, and worked as an Epic Computer Trainer.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 1st at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Burial will follow at Caulksville Cemetery in Caulksville, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Bill VanMeter.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Jane Pile of Ratcliff; a brother, Shawn Lovelace and wife Anna of Hanford, California; and a sister, Holly Lovelace of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Pallbearers are Chuck Parsons, Linda Parsons, Ray Parsons, Curtis Privett, Shawn Lovelace, Jessie Lovelace, and Charles Thompson.

The family will visit with friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday before the funeral service.
