Amber Sue Curtis, 52, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021, at her home. She was born October 10, 1968, in Lansing, Michigan, to Jerry Heathman and Sue Nowall Heathman.

Amber was a store manager at Big Lots in Fort Smith.  She had a whole lot of party in a person. Amber loved music and was amazing at karaoke, Wheel of Fortune, and a wiz with numbers, dates, and events. She always had a blast at the casino too. She grooved to the boogie of life, fighter at heart, yet the most loving and honest wife, mother, daughter, and sister the world could ever ask for. From her quirky laugh to her kind spirit, everyone knew Amber when she walked through any door. I swear she could out party us all. R.I. P.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Brad Curtis; two daughters, Suanna Curtis and fiance' Josh Alton of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Ashley Curtis and fiance' Anthony Rubio of Oregon; her father, Jerry Heathman and wife Carolyn of Michigan; her mother, Sue McPhee and husband Roger of Arizona; a sister, Sunday Bradshaw of Oregon.
