Alice Jean Franklin, who resided near Ozark, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at her home. She was born on July 18, 1948, in Salem, Oregon, to the late Johnny and Regina Flather. She was 74 years old.

Alice was a homemaker. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Gary Franklin; her son, Jeff Franklin and wife Brandy of Spiro, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Anisa Waters and husband Jeremy, Alec Franklin and wife Kaitie, and Austin Franklin and wife Kristen; and eight great-grandchildren, Ryver, Karson, Logan, Brady, Allyson, Dylan, Daxton, and Emersyn.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
