Obituary

Alexander LeRoy Callaway, who resided near Lavaca, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 at his home. He was born March 4, 1944 in Lovington, New Mexico. He was 67 years old.

Alexander was a retired machinist and mold maker for Timex Corporation in Little Rock. He served in the U.S. Army, was an avid golfer and fisherman, member of numerous country clubs, member of Knights of Columbus, and was of the Catholic faith.

The body was cremated under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Koenig of Fort Smith and Laura Davidson and husband David of Lavaca; three sisters, Margaret Coffer of Star City, Betty Van Dee of Big Springs, Texas, and Glenda Callaway of Missouri; two brothers, Jimmy Callaway of Lubbock, Texas and Glen Callaway of Rio Roncho, New Mexico; seven grandchildren, Alisha, Joshuah, Alex, Nicholas, Patrick, Ireland, and Catelyn.
