Alesha Kakoy Smiley, who resided in Mena, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022, in Mena. She was born on April 5, 2002, in Poteau, Oklahoma to Ernesto Garcia and Tinika Smiley. She was 20 years old.

Alesha was a waitress and spent most of her life in Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Family will hold a memorial service at a later date.

She is survived by her mother, Tinika Smiley and Kenneth Clark Jr. of Shreveport, Louisiana; two sisters, Ajayseia Smiley of Mena, Arkansas and Angelica Smiley of Shreveport; a brother, Antonio Smiley of Bentonville, Arkansas; Paternal Grandparents, Irma Sanchez and Minnie Clark; Maternal Grandparent, LaRhonda Williams; and grandfather, William Blair of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
