Agnes Josephine Norman of Charleston, Arkansas, died Saturday, June 24, 2023, in her home. She was born on April 10, 1934, in Omaha, Nebraska, to the late John and Mary (Kaiser) Pitzl. She was 89 years old. She was preceded in death her husband, Frederick Eugene Norman.

Agnes was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by two daughters, Paula Norman of Oregon and Linda Ward and husband Kirk of Charleston; two sons, Fred Norman, Jr. of Talihina, Oklahoma and Roger Norman of Charleston; one sister; one brother; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
